Neeley Casey is the Membership Sales Director at Independence Aviation, where she combines her love of aviation, people, and lifelong learning to support members in reaching their flying goals. Originally from the Chicago area, she brings a strong aviation background to the role.

Neeley was an airline captain on the EMB 145 and Beechcraft 1900D, and she has also flown in the world of corporate charter as a first officer on the King Air 200. Her aviation journey began at KCMI, where she enjoyed teaching Private, Instrument, and Commercial students as a CFII and stage check instructor for the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Before joining IA, she spent the past eight years running her own successful business in the health and wellness space as a functional nutritionist. Her passion for aviation never left, and now, she’s thrilled to be back in the industry, building meaningful connections with the amazing pilots and students in the IA community.

Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, golf, skiing, and spending time with friends, family, and her three incredible kids. She’s always up for a good conversation and loves getting to know each member and their unique journey in aviation.
