Private Pilot License Requirements
Must be 16 years to solo, and 17 to get your Private Pilot License
A minimum of 40 logged hours meeting specific requirements
A minimum of 20 hours of in-flight instruction
Pass FAA Medical Exam before first solo
Pass FAA Written Test
Pass FAA oral and flight Practical Test (Checkride) with a FAA Designated Pilot Examiner
